January 2020 Newsletter

Dear Members,

Happy New Year! 2020 is going to be such an exciting year for all at Braestone Club! It was amazing to conclude the 2019 season by opening the 1st and 10th tee which positively transformed the golf course. We are delighted to open the 2020 season with all 18 holes fully playable as the vision continues to progress every day at the Club. The Clubhouse construction is well underway, and we are lucky that the winter has been forgiving until now and the crews have been able to perform as per schedule. It’s exciting to see the progress that is made each day.

Golf Course Improvements

Last November we began the drainage improvement on the 1st hole which will be completed early this spring. The 6th hole had an epic transformation last year, and is now complete with the finished construction of the bridge which now spans the valley to the fairway. The availability of new sod should arrive in late May at which point the back tee on the 4th will be complete, and ready for a challenging Par 3 tee shot. Also, 2020 will present an improved parking lot and driveway as paving is scheduled this spring. Additional improvements will follow as we continue to improve the experience at Braestone Club.

The Early Bird Membership drive has introduced many new members to Braestone Club and we are excited for you all to be part of our future. The Early Bird pricing will expire on January 21th, so if you know of anyone that might be interested in becoming a member at Braestone Club, please have them contact us as soon as possible. They don’t want to miss out on this great deal. After the Early Bird Membership drive there will be a limited number of memberships available at a new rate.

Continue to watch for monthly updates detailing the progress at Braestone Club as Kyle, Denise and I are busy planning and preparing for what should be our most exciting year at Braestone!
